Ingredients

1 pack Johnsonville Fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage left 9.6 oz, 12-ct
6 big eggs mixed up
3/4 cup of grated Colby Jack cheese
6 tortillas
2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (You can use a 9x13 pan instead.)
  2. Lay out tortillas. Add 1/3 cup of scrambled eggs to each tortilla. Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese. Place 2 sausages in the middle of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up each tortilla, put one side under the filling, and then pull it back to compress the filling. Roll up the rest of the way and place the packaging on the pan with the seam down.
  4. Brush each packet with melted butter. Bake for 12 minutes. Halve if desired and serve with fresh fruit.
