Low Carb Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken

INGREDIENTS

2 kg boneless chicken breasts (see Note)
8 oz soft cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cloves of garlic squeezed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese divided into 2 halves of a cup

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup parmesan and mix well.
  2. Put the chicken breasts in a large baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture over the chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and the remaining half a cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 375 ° F for 25-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 ° F.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides. Enjoy it!

RECIPE NOTES:


  • This recipe works best when chicken breasts are relatively thin. If you have normal or thick chicken breasts, I recommend cutting them in half so that they are half the thickness. You can also cut the chicken into strips, pieces, or use chicken slices instead of full chicken breasts to ease the feed. Cooking time may be shortened.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or in the freezer for up to a month.
