LOW CARB GREEK YOGURT CHICKEN RECIPE

Are you looking for a great, easy and healthy chicken dinner? Or a low-carb chicken recipe? Well, this Greek chicken with yogurt, cooked with mayonnaise, will be your favorite dinner at night, when you just need a quick meal on the table in less than 20 minutes! I guarantee it!
This low-carb chicken recipe is one of those classic chicken recipes that I'm sure you've ever tried in your life. My mother, for example, did this only with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

oil spray
5 oz plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1.5 pounds chicken slices (whole) or chicken breasts (cut into quarters)
Parsley (minced, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° F. Lightly coat a 12-inch heat-resistant pan or 9 × 9 baking dish with a non-stick oil spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl with the yogurt mixture and cover the mixture with the whole chicken.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish (or to a frying pan). The chicken should be thinly coated with a mixture of yogurt. Do not put too much or any additional mixture residue.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  6. Turn the oven over to fry, and place the pan under the roasting pan for 2-3 minutes, until it is lightly browned on top.
  7. Optional: garnish with chopped parsley.
