LOW CARB KETO SAUSAGE AND VEGGIE SHEET PAN DINNER
INGREDIENTS
1 pound kilobasses (chopped)
4 cups of small cauliflower flowers
1 cup baby carrots (sliced in half lengthwise)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
sea salt (to taste)
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 *
- Add all ingredients (except cheese) to a bowl and mix to evenly coat with oil and seasonings.
- Pour into a greased pan in one layer. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cook until it melts (about 2 minutes).
