Top dressing:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the seasoning ingredients to a large bowl and beat until mixed. Then add all remaining chopped salad ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is mixed.
